The challenge

Home healthcare buyers often arrive during a stressful transition from hospital to home. They need to understand the difference between clinical nursing, daily attendant support, physiotherapy, maternal care, home visits, and equipment—then confirm whether suitable care is available in their locality.

The platform had to make those choices easier without collecting medical records or forcing visitors through a long registration flow.

What we built

• Interactive care planner: guides families through locality, care need, schedule, and mobility questions before presenting a suitable care arrangement.
• Detailed service discovery: presents structured service groups with bilingual details, schedules, inclusions, and intended use.
• Multilingual experience: supports English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Haryanvi content for local accessibility.
• Enquiry workflow: prepares a reviewable WhatsApp message and supports direct callback and booking actions.
• Managed media: serves service and equipment galleries from ImageKit with a short Worker-side cache.

Delivery architecture

The production experience is a React and TypeScript application built with Vite and delivered through a Cloudflare Worker with static assets. Structured service content remains in the codebase, while public service and equipment media can be refreshed independently through ImageKit.

Delivery result and limits

The inspected application implements care discovery, a planner and a visitor-reviewed WhatsApp enquiry. Visitors send the message themselves; this is not automatic server-side lead capture. Clinical recommendation quality, actual service availability and enquiry conversion were not measured in this audit.

Public care imagery and interface screenshots are awaiting explicit publication permission. No patient information or client-approved business outcome is presented.
